CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to serve other clients who may be waiting for an available slot. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
